Building a brand-new home from scratch in Wellfleet is a unique logistical puzzle. More than 70 percent of the town’s terrain is clothed in dense forests of oak and pine. Available land is often sandy, uneven, and subject to incredibly strict environmental and historic conservation codes due to the proximity of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Many inland builders get completely overwhelmed by these local zoning hurdles and the difficulty of transporting heavy materials to the narrowest parts of the peninsula. This inexperience often leads to spiraling budgets and endless permitting delays.
We specialize in overcoming the exact hurdles of Outer Cape construction. Our in-house architectural and design team expertly navigates local conservation codes, drafting blueprints that maximize your lot while harmonizing with the surrounding oak and pine forests. From pouring a robust foundation in sandy soil to utilizing advanced, weather-defying materials against Atlantic storms, our fully equipped crew absorbs the stress. We deliver a luxurious, turnkey sanctuary without the logistical nightmares.
Entrusting a builder with a brand-new home requires absolute confidence in their structural expertise and financial integrity. Tullio, the founder of Imagine Construction, brings 22 years of elite Cape Cod building experience to your vacant lot. Having immigrated to the U.S. at age 13 and learned the gritty building trades alongside his father, he later earned an accounting degree.
This rare combination guarantees your new build benefits from both immaculate, old-world execution and strict corporate budget transparency. Fully licensed and comprehensively insured, we are incredibly proud to be recognized as an award-winning Top 3 Construction Company in Harwich for 2026.
Centered around its picturesque harbor, Wellfleet is a celebrated cultural haven famous for its thriving art galleries, the renowned Wellfleet Oyster, and vast, protected expanses of nature. Whether your new lot is nestled in the dense pines near the Mass Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary, perched near the rolling dunes of Marconi Beach, or overlooking the tidal flats of Uncle Tim’s Bridge, your new home must respect this pristine environment. We engineer custom properties that seamlessly blend into the unsullied, historic charm of this fishing village while standing impenetrably strong against the Atlantic elements

Imagine Building Solutions built a beautiful sunroom addition to our home! They were incredible from start to finish! We got 3 estimates and it was Tulio who impressed us the most! His easy personality and attention to detail, not telling us what we should do but listening to what we wanted! His dad, who was like my dad, caring, sweet and attentive! The team of workers were very respectful! In fact one of my neighbors fell and was yelling for help and one worker stopped what he was doing and helped her! The room came out better than expected! With Tulio always keeping me informed and asking what I prefer for my fixtures and much more! I highly recommend this building company to anyone who plans on doing any remolding to their home! Thank you Tulio, Carlos and all your workers! Truly blessed to have found you! ♥️

We recently had our kitchen completely redone and Imagine Building Solutions did an amazing job. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism, constant communication and attention to detail. From putting together a detailed quote to offering design suggestions to adding the finishing touches to cleaning up, Tullio and his team went above and beyond. We even had a very tight timeline and they delivered. We would recommend them for any house project.
Don’t gamble your biggest investment on contractors unfamiliar with Outer Cape logistics. Partner with the local experts who combine architectural mastery with total financial transparency.
